Export your District or Network Pulse Check™ Report as a CSV file.
Want instructions for exporting a specific school's Pulse Check™ Report? Check out this Help Article.
STEP 1: Log in to Possip https://www.weeklypossip.com/ and click "School Reports."
STEP 2: Select a particular Pulse Check™ week, and then click "Export District CSV" or "Export District BQ™."
STEP 3: The export will go to your inbox. Make sure to check your spam if you don't notice it!
STEP 4: For the district export, you have the option to sort and filter by several different categories.
The first part of the export includes school, student, and parent data, with headers such as: School Name | Parent School Name | Campus Name | Department | District Name | School Type | School Level | Title I Eligible | Parent First Name | Parent Last Name | Phone Number | Phone Type | Email | Language | Student Names | Student IDs
The second part of the export includes student grade data.
The third part of the export includes Pulse Check™ responses. You will be able to see if a parent decided to share their name or not, you'll see when their response was created, how they answered the sentiment question, any translations, responses to Bonus Questions™ if there was one asked, any praise or feedback. In this example, Column AI is a Bonus Question™.
Want to know how many of your families said they were mostly happy and shared their names? Filter "Sentiment" and then "Name Shared."
STEP 5: For the BQ™, you can export a spreadsheet that provides answers to the BQ™ only. From there, you can sort and filter responses as you see fit.
