      Where to Find Your 360 Script

      Possip's 360 partners not only receive Feedback Reports™, but custom communications to share with parents and staff in response to feedback in their Pulse Check® Reports.

      Want to take your use of Possip to the next level? 

      The Reporting Team at Possip write 360 Scripts™ for schools after each Pulse Check. These customized messages help principals and administrators easily communicate report results back out to families or staff through a newsletter or robocall. 360 Scripts summarize trends with language that is simple, anonymized and meant to disperse widely. 

      Here's where school admins can find 360 Scripts:

      Step 1: Log in at https://www.weeklypossip.com/login. From the new Welcome Page, click on "Pulse Check Reports" to be taken to your latest Pulse Check Report and 360 Script.

      Step 2: Click on "View 360" to see the customized 360 Script for your school.

       

      Step 3: This ready-for-use 360 Script can be included in a newsletter or used in a robocall. Add context or anonymous quotes to it to help tell your stakeholders what your team is planning for, solving, or discussing, and what you appreciate! Below is a sample 360 Script:

      Hi, SAMPLE SCHOOL Community! Thank you for sharing ideas through Possip this week! We've heard from 500 of you during the course of the year. We are seeing that 85% of you are happy or mostly happy with SAMPLE SCHOOL this week. This week we heard members in the school community share examples of praise, appreciation, and feedback or questions. - Praise for teacher engagement with virtual classes - Praise for Mrs. Richards for always being in class - Request for Increased communication between school and families. Please send in praise, appreciation, and feedback or questions in next week's Possip. We are taking all of your feedback and ideas into consideration for our future planning and follow-up. We hope to hear from you again next Possip Pulse check. Thanks again for sharing!
