# Pulse Explore
## Learn more about Possip's Explore service.
Pulse Explore gives you access to Pulse Checks® sent by email and SMS. They include a sentiment question to help you gauge happiness and an optional Bonus Question™ to customize your Pulse Check.
Then Possip categorizes and organizes your staff, parent, or student responses. Your report allows you to quickly see the big picture, track trends over time, and follow up with needs and concerns. The Possip reporting team includes actionable recommendations for next steps and highlights praise and feedback for you to share with your team.
