New Platform Navigation: Released February 22, 2024

Explore our platform's new left-side navigation, complete with renamed menu items and integrated breadcrumbs for seamless interaction and easier navigation.

We are excited to introduce a significant change to our platform's navigation system. This transformation will revolutionize the way users interact and navigate within the Possip platform.

Introducing Left-Side Navigation: Clear and Intuitive 

The core of this enhancement is a new left-side navigation panel which makes it easier to quickly navigate to the insights you want to see or the action you want to take.  We have also updated the names for some of the menu items to help make them more clear. 

School Admins: 

Insight Hub

• Reports → (is now named) Pulse Check Reports: Find your Pulse Check® Reports here!
• Dashboard → Year Insights: Find cumulative year-to-date stats about your reports, contacts, and language. This page has three sub-pages: 
  • School Dashboard → Year Insights
  • Account Dashboard → Admin Engagement
  • Data Quality Dashboard → Contact Insights
• Exports → Export Data: Export data quickly and easily!
• Documents → Documents: Upload important documents to share with your community and the Possip team.

Action Hub

• Bonus Question → Manage Bonus Questions: Create and schedule Bonus Questions for upcoming Pulse Checks.
• NEW: View Pulse Check Schedule: View your entire Pulse Check Schedule for the year.
• Contacts → Upload Contacts: Upload your contact list here. *Note: This page will redirect you to the documents page so you can upload your list. To view your current contact list navigate to Year Insights > Contact Insights.

  • General: View your Admin list here.
