Overview
We're thrilled to present the new and improved Possip School Report, with four significant enhancements to help you get even more from your Pulse Checks: the Possip Speed Read, the ability to track Follow Ups, a redesigned Topics section, and new Open All and Close All comments buttons.
Possip Speed Read
Now found at the top of every school report, the Speed Read serves as an executive summary. It will quickly orient you to the most important information that Possip reporters gleaned from your school’s recent Pulse Check. Not only that, but by clicking on key sections of the Speed Read you can navigate directly to the relevant section in the report itself.
The new Possip Speed Read includes:
- The # of people heard from
- Summary of the main praise trends so that you can easily see what is working well
- The salient feedback trends for you to best understand what questions or concerns are most top of mind
- Resources to help support you in acting on your top feedback trends
If applicable, a bonus question analysis that restates the question for your convenience and summarizes the responses submitted
Follow Up Section
Our Follow Up section now boasts a cleaner, more intuitive format and an exciting new feature that allows you to easily log and track the progress of follow-up to comments: the Follow Up Check Box and Activity Log.
The new Follow Up Check Box and Activity Log enables administrators to monitor the status of comments our Reporting Team has recommended for follow-up. This helps you ensure that feedback is addressed promptly. The ability to see who completed the follow ups also facilitates communication if there are multiple administrators taking action on Possip results.
Topics Section (formerly "Trends and Recommendations")
We've renamed the Trends and Recommendations section to simply Topics and refined its contents. This new section is all about organization and clarity. Here are the Key Features:
1. Organization:
Feedback comments are neatly categorized by topics, displayed visually in descending order with popular topics at the top of the table.
2. Hot Topics:
We have reimagined the "Hot, Medium, and Cool" topics section. Now, if there are urgent matters that we recommend your team address as soon as possible or within a week, these “Hot Topics” will be marked with a fire icon 🔥, signifying their priority. This enhancement ensures that important topics are flagged so that you and your team can address them quickly.
3. Representative Comment:
We have introduced a "Representative Comment" tag for each Topic in your report. This tag identifies an individual comment that is illustrative of the comments received on that specific Topic. This tag is particularly useful when you have a lot of comments on a particular Topic since it enables you to quickly get a sense of what kind of feedback your community is offering on that theme. This feature greatly improves the readability of your report without requiring extensive time and effort.
Open All and Close All Comments
Finally, to improve the readability of your report, we’ve added Open All and Close All buttons at the top of each section. This allows you to open and condense comments quickly within the report so you can access the information you most want to see.
