Are you seeing %inf for your response rate? Find out why!
Cumulative Response Rate reflects the percentage of respondents your accounts have heard from on average. This calculation depends on the number of accounts you have and an accurate user amount numbers or total employee respondent numbers in your Settings page.
What is “%inf”?
Technically, %inf means % infinity. This is because your response rate depends on several numbers. If you do not have your staff or total respondent number completed on your Setting page, the platform is unable to calculate a Cumulative Response Rate.
To correct this, follow these steps:
- Open your Settings page. Use the Update Settings quick link in the Action Hub menu on the left side of your dashboard.
- Update your current staff or total respondent number and select Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
- The platform will update your Cumulative Response Rate within 24 hours.
