How Translations Work in Possip Pulse Checks

Understand how Possip communicates with your contacts who speak languages other than English and shares their responses with you.

Possip makes it easy to communicate with your community, no matter what language they speak. Possip Pulse Checks® are available in over 100 languages, ensuring that every member of your community can participate. When contacts opt-in, they can select their preferred language. Once Pulse Checks are sent, each contact receives the survey in their chosen language, allowing them to respond comfortably. If contacts do not opt-in through traditional measures, we will collect their language preference during the import process.

Translation Process

  1. Survey Delivery - When a contact selects their language preference during the opt-in process, the Possip platform ensures that their Pulse Check is sent in that language.
  2. Response Translation - For responses submitted in languages other than English, our platform uses automated translation to convert the message into English.
  3. Quality Assurance - After the initial automated translation, our Possip reporting team carefully reviews each translation to ensure accuracy. If needed, they collaborate with online tools or team members fluent in the specific language to refine the translation.
  4. Report Presentation - On your Pulse Check Report, you'll find both the original response and the English translation, giving you complete transparency and clarity.

By providing seamless translations, Possip empowers diverse communities to share their voices, ensuring their feedback is accurately captured and communicated to you.
