Understand how Possip communicates with your contacts who speak languages other than English and shares their responses with you.
Possip Pulse Checks® are available to your community in over 100 languages. When contacts opt-in, they select their language preference. When Pulse Checks are sent out, the contact receives it in their preferred language and they can in kind.
Our platform uses automated translation to convert non-English responses into English. Then the Possip reporting team reviews each translation and, if needed, takes it further working online and sometimes with team members fluent in the language to share the most accurate translation on the Pulse Check Report with you.
When you review your report, you are able to see both the original response and the translation.
