This service is created to help your team manage follow-up and increase engagement.  We'll take on family follow-up and promote engagement, to help your team have additional capacity and support strong, consistent relationships with families. 

We've created this solution by modeling after some super thoughtful partners, and learning from them about needs for follow-up. 

Possip will administer distribution of the survey and follow-up with families who have questions, concerns or needs or delegate feedback to appropriate people within schools and districts. Possip will also touch base with folks who have indicated they are not happy, and reach out to non-responders to encourage participation.
