#### *Shorter TEMPLATE:*
Dear \[Community Member\],
We’re launching a new initiative with the help of Possip, a tool designed to gather quick feedback and better understand your experiences, ideas, and concerns.
**Here’s How It Works:**
- Every *\[week/other week\],* you’ll receive a brief survey via text and email.
- Share your thoughts on what’s going well, any challenges you’re facing, and suggestions for improvement.
- Your feedback is confidential, and you can choose to remain anonymous.
We ask everyone to participate so we can get a full picture of how we’re doing and where we can grow. Your input will be invaluable as we continue to improve.
The first Pulse Check will be sent on *\[Insert date\]*. It only takes a minute or two, but your contribution makes a big difference!

We are launching a new tool called Possip (short for "Positive Gossip") to better understand your experiences, concerns, and ideas.
**What is Possip?**
Possip is a feedback platform designed to help us listen to what matters most to you—whether it’s positive experiences, challenges, or suggestions for improvement. It’s an easy and effective way to ensure your voice is heard and helps us make informed decisions.
**How Does It Work?**
Every *\[week/other week\]*, you will receive a quick 1–2 minute survey (also called a Pulse Check) via text or email. These Pulse Checks will give you the opportunity to:
- Share what’s going well.
- Raise any concerns or challenges.
- Offer suggestions for how we can improve.
**How we're handling confidentiality**
When you take the Pulse Check®, you will be offered anonymity and can answer if you want to share your name or not. If you choose not to share your name, we won't see who submitted the comment.
**Why Are We Doing This?**
This program is designed to explore how we can better connect with you and hear your insights. Our goal is to build a transparent and open line of communication that supports both our growth and your needs.
**When Does It Start?**
