# English and Spanish Social Media Graphics Announcing Possip to Staff
## Share these graphics to let staff know you are using Pulse Checks®.
Leading up to your first Pulse Check®, it's important to let staff know what they are and why you're going to be sending them! Sharing a graphic in English or Spanish can be a quick way to get the message out on social media or in a newsletter. Even after Pulse Checks begin, it's great to re-share relevant graphics to encourage your staff to keep responding!
